New Victorian Family Violence Database

The Victorian Government has released a new Family Violence Database published by the Crime Statistics Agency. This was one of the recommendations from the Royal Commission into Family Violence.

The database is designed to make information about family violence in Victoria more accessible and easier to use. It includes information from July 2011 to June 2016 from Victoria Police, Magistrates’ Court, Children’s Court, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice and Regulation and Victoria Legal Aid.
