Fast Track is a new intensive leadership program that provides mid-career and senior practitioners with the leadership skills required to advance their career within the family violence response and primary prevention sectors.

The free 10-week program includes weekly, three-hour workshops featuring expert presenters. Participants can apply their learning during the program to a workplace project with the support of a specialist mentor.

Delivered in two streams - response and prevention - the Prevention stream is for:

• Professionals with experience in the primary prevention sector, who are looking to move into a leadership role.
• Professionals with significant experience in aligned roles, who are interested in moving into primary prevention.

The program will increase participants’ knowledge in feminist leadership, advocacy, policy, staff and organisation development, partnerships, program design, and working in diverse settings.
